Via Novo Law was founded on two main principles. First, to be most effective, a lawyer must be ready and willing to go to trial. Second, a lawyer must be greatly mindful of the clients’ resources, and thus employ strategies to maximize results in a cost effective manner.

Attorney Aldo A. Flores is an experienced civil litigator with successful trial experience. He has taken cases from beginning throughout trial and has won verdicts for his clients. From the outset of his career as a lawyer from UCLA’s School of Law, Mr. Flores has litigated cases in state and federal courts.

At Via Novo Law, we believe a lawyer must have trial experience to achieve results for a client in litigation: Lawyers who are accustomed to going to trial gain leverage in a settlement negotiations, which leads to better settlement.
